Purpose-built extensions have been added to enable 22 rooms to be sited on the ground floor without stairs, ramps or lifts. A further 5 rooms are located on the first floor of our annex, accessed by a 5 person wheelchair accesible lift. Communal rooms comprise a two lounges, a quiet sitting room, a glazed sun room and an Atrium. We also have a lounge bar where we hold regular functions. Residents’ bedrooms (12 superior rooms with ensuite walk in shower facilities, 5 single en-suites, 9 single & 1 double, complying with National Minimum Standards) are comfortably furnished to include vanity unit with H&C, built-in wardrobes, fitted furniture and easy chair. Bathrooms & toilet facilities are provided close to all areas & fitted with mobility aids. Fire detection, fire alarms & emergency nurse-call systems are fitted throughout. All rooms are centrally heated, double glazed and have a private phone.
